Claire & Charlie's big day at Beechwood Park

What a glorious day it was for Claire and Charlie, a beautiful Church wedding, married by Charlie's father (the Vicar) and followed by a reception at gorgeous Beechwood Park.

Claire wanted to replicate her grandmother's bouquet, which was an overarm style using large Arum Lilies. To bring this up to date and make it easier for Claire to carry, we opted for smaller Calla Lilies and I designed it so the Lilies were still an elongated style but made so that it could be carried as an upright, posy bouquet. We added lots of soft wispy foliages to give a vintage feel, using Panicum, Thlaspi Green Bell and Asparagus Fern.
The buttonhole for Charlie was also a Calla Lily, the other gents wore a Rose.
The bridesmaids carried posies of Roses with foliages and Astilbe.

We decorated the Church with an archway of cream and soft pink flowers, this was placed above the wooden arch frame where Claire and Charlie stood to be married.

At Beechwood, the table centres boasted tall antique ivory candelabras, with dripping crystals and tall taper candles. At the base, a ring of flowers comprising of Roses, Dahlias, Astilbe and foliages, with Calla Lilies swirled across the ring.
Vintage pots, jars and crockery decorated the long top table, sat on a runner of glass mirror plates, for reflection and a touch of opulence.

The day went perfectly, with thanks to Anna of Bride & Glory Wedding Planning & Coordination

With huge thanks to Kate Hopewell-Smith for the stunning images.

Enjoy...
